Insurance Assistance

Our practice accepts most dental insurance programs used by major employers in the Greater Green Bay Area.  Our goal is to maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable. Please Note:  We currently are NOT accepting any new patients who participate in any of the Badger Care programs, Medicaid or WI State Funded programs, regardless of the insurance company with which they may have affiliation.

Financial Assistance

Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your treatment.  Our goal is not to let expense, prevent you from benefiting from the quality of care you desire and need. To assist you in this goal, we have the following financial options: 

• A 5% discount is given when the amount is paid in full by cash, check or credit card  on  the day of treatment or in advance of the scheduling the appointment.
• Major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and Care Credit are all accepted in our office.
