I would like you to know that I am smiling as I write this. :-)

From start to finish, the concern, understanding and support from Dr. Hansen, Dr. Brian, Debbie, Mary Jo, Jill E, Jill L and the rest of the great staff, was a huge comfort for me. At my first appointments there were a lot of tears. But as treatments were explained clearly and concerns addressed with empathy, my tears and fears turned into trust and confidence. Dr Brian allowed his weekends to be interrupted so that I could get the best care possible after certain procedures. That was very comforting and greatly appreciated.

I cannot THANK EVERYONE at University Dental enough for making this very private, personal experience into one that gave me so much trust, confidence, many new friends and most of all...a BEAUTIFUL SMILE!!

I have always been afraid of the dentist. When I moved to Green Bay it took me over 3 years to seek dental care because I feared I wouldn't be able to find a dentist that truly understood my fears.

Then I met Dr Hansen and the staff at University Dental. They helped me work through my fears and assisted me in getting through some pretty large procedures. I feel that the staff genuinely cares about me and my health. They have always been attentive and caring.

I want to thank you and your wonderful staff for your selfless help, enormous hearts, caring and reassuring advice, and talent. Thanks to you, I can not only eat and digest correctly, but I can smile and laugh again. I have severe fibromyalgia and one of the problems I have as a result is irregular digestion. But that has decreased by more than half thanks to the wonderful work you have done.

I have gotten more compliments than I can count. To anyone who says "Your teeth look amazing! Where did you get them done?" I make sure to point them in your direction. I tell them to just call and see what you can offer them.

Before coming to University Dental, I HATED going to the dentist. But your staff and professionalism are one of a kind. I truly enjoy going to the dentist now! Keep up the great work!!

University Dental loves kids!! When it was time for my cleaning, my three year old son was allowed to attend the appointment with me so he could see what a cleaning involves. The hygenist Heidi was so kind to him. She turned on cartoons for him to watch and showed him how she was cleaning my teeth. She asked if she could look in his mouth, which he allowed. Heidi promised he would get a toy the next time he came if he let her clean his teeth. I can't say enough about how wonderfully he was treated. Because of this, going to the dentist in the future will be so much easier.

I have had a few bad experiences going to the dentist in the past, therfore I just avoided going altogether. Needless to say, all that avoidance finally caught up to me. Whether is was the cold wind making my mouth ache, eating on one side of my mouth only or avoiding hot and cold foods, I decided it was enough. When I decided to get something done, I started looking at dentists who offered sedation dentistry.

It was then I found University Dental and Dr. Hansen. I made an appointment for a consultation with Dr. Hansen and we went over a game plan for my treatment. I have now had two sedation visits and most of the work is now completed. Dr. Hansen said that my mouth might be sore a few days after the work but I have not had any discomfort or pain in either visit. I have had numerous root canals and crowns done during these two visits and there was absolutely no pain even after the medicine wore off.

I recommend that anyone that has not visited the dentist for the reason of pain, discomfort or maybe even fear, should seriously consider sedation dentistry and I highly suggest you talk to Dr Hansen and let him show you how easy it really is.

I have been going to the dentist every six months for the past twenty years. In September of 2005 I made the switch to University Dental. From the first appointment until now, I can't say enough about the professionalism, friendliness and caring that I have received from the entire staff.

During my first exam and then follow-up consultation, I was told I would need extensive dental work. The doctor and Debbie offered me several dental and financial options. I chose dental implants, a root canal, extraction of crowns and a bridge. The entire time I have been coming to University Dental I have not had a bad experience or uncomfortable procedure.

I would recommend University Dental to anyone who may be fearful or is just putting off seeing a dentist. The staff is TOP RATE...The BEST!!

I needed my first...and hopefully only...root canal this year. The dentist I had been seeing was unable to see me but I was in so much pain I needed help fast. I called University Dental to see if they would take me as a new patient and soon. They immediately saw me and began work on fixing my tooth. Not only that, but they diagnosed me as a tooth-grinder and pointed out the damage I had done to my teeth over the years.

In my time of need, Dr. Hansen and his staff were there for me. I appreciate how thorough Dr. Hansen is and look forward to being a patient of his for many years to come.

Because of the digital technology University Dental uses, it makes the old way of dentistry seem barbaric. They are current with techology and knowldegable of new procedures and treatments. That makes them the best!
